807855 Alco EXD-SH1 Emerson superheat controller 

XD-SH1 stand alone superheat and/or temperature controller.

SH1 is intended for the operation of 1 double pole CX/EX/FX valve.

EXD-SH1 is the ideal solution in conjunction with the FX electronic expansion valves for commercial applications.

EXD-SH1 is also the solution together with the EX/CX electronic valves for cooling installations and special applications.

Air conditioning and/or heat pump: R22, R32, R134a, R407C, R410A with valve range FX5 to FX9.

Refrigeration installations: R22, R23, R32, R124, R134a, R407C, R410A, R404A, R507, R407A/F with valve range EX4 to EX8.

Refrigeration installations: R744 with valve range EX4 to EX7 (60 bar), EX8 (45 bar), CX4 to CX7 (120 bar).

Main function EXD-SH1: Circuit 1 > Overheat or temperature control.

Other features such as; Evaporator Pressure Limiting (MOP), Low Pressure Switch, Freeze Protection

and manual adjustment of the valves.

Automatic superheat adjustment along with FX5-9 and CX4-7 series.

Also suitable for most refrigerants ultra low R23.

Modbus (RTU) communication.

Integrated keyboard with dual display.

Monitoring and detection of sensors (ECN/PT5/6)/stepper motor wiring errors.

Low / high overheat alarm as well as other alarm functions.

Electrical connection by means of screw connection plugs supplied with controller

DIN rail mounting.
