Description

ZS 11KAE Copeland scroll compressor for refrigeratio 230V

  • Condensation temperature Tc = 40°C.
  • Suction gas temperature = 20°C.
  • R449A capacities based on dew point conditions. Standard version: including crankcase heater, excluding Rotalock valves, ester oil and sight glass.
  • Threaded connection for Rotalock.
  • Migration of R513A or R450A refrigerant in the crankcase oil can cause low oil viscosity which can cause compressor damage.
  • It is therefore important to meet the following requirements:
  • Maintain a superheat of at least 10 K.
  • Prevent migration of liquid refrigerant in the crankcase at all times. - Pump-down switching is recommended.
  • Due to the fixed pressure ratio (ZB compressors) of 1:10, a pump-down switching is only possible to a limited extent.
  • Use of a crankcase heater is mandatory.
  • Refrigerants : R134A R513A R449A
