The Bitzer ECOLINE 4BES-9Y is the creative advancement of the proven, robust and powerful semi-hermetic reciprocating compressor 4BC-9.2Y from BITZER.

It combines high efficiency, smooth running, a wide range of applications, flexibility in refrigerant selection, solid design and high reliability.

The Bitzer ECOLINE 4BES-9Y replace its predecessor 4BC-9.2Y  with the same connection sizes.

IQ module mounted.

Application area version 2= +12°C....-25°C.

This compressor is mounted with IQ module CM-CR-01.

- This module monitors the temperature of motor windings, compressed gases, oil pressure/level (SE-B1 is omitted).

Optionally, the compressor's operating range can be further monitored with pressure transmitters.

The module manages the compressor accessories such as crankcase heater, head fan, and RI fluid

injection and capacity control. This capacity control can control the CRII valves via an external 0-10V signal

a modulating effect. In this way the CRII control can be controlled like a frequency controller.

Range from 0 .. 100% depending on the working area. If compressed gas cooling is required, this is modulated as required

controlled with an optional head cooling fan and possibly additionally with RI fluid injection.

Monitoring and data logging of all measured values ​​in combination with Modbus and Best software.

The CM-RC-01 module is supplied completely assembled and wired. By the CM-RC-01 module

the connection box becomes approx. 10 cm higher.

- Scope of delivery models with IQ module installed: compressor with built-in motor, CM-RC-01 basic kit

including engine temperature monitoring, compressed gas temperature sensor PT 1000, oil monitoring by means of OLC-D1 or DP-1,

crankcase heating, shielding gas filling, suction and discharge valve, 4 vibration dampers.

From 4 cylinder compressor 2x inactive capacity controller, control valve(s) to be ordered separately.

From 6 cylinder compressor 3x inactive capacity controller, control valve(s) to be ordered separately.

From 8 cylinder compressor 2x inactive capacity controller, control valve(s) to be ordered separately.
